These terms govern your use of Qalam Facility, an internal tool for the Facility team. They are provided as a general template and should be reviewed by your organization before relying on them. By using the app you agree to them.

Access

Access is granted per-invitation to authorized staff. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials and one-time codes private.

Acceptable use

• Use the app only for legitimate facility-operations purposes.
• Do not attempt to access data or accounts that aren't yours, or to disrupt the service.
• Keep the information you enter accurate, and respect the privacy of people whose details appear in requests.

Your content

Records you create belong to your organization. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you enter.

Availability

The service is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
